REFUND Policy

Bookings for Giraffe Walks and Game Drives are via a secure payment gateway on the website. 

Full payment to secure bookings.

No refunds 2 weeks prior to booking.

50% refund 2 weeks prior to booking.

Holiday packages are booked via email request.

50% deposit required to secure holiday packages. The remainder must be settled 90 days prior to arrival. 

No refund 90 days prior to arrival for holiday packages. 

20% service fee will be charged for cancellation more than 90 days before arrival. 

For single supplement we add 50%.
